Podere La Botte Country House

Podere La Botte is located 2 kilometres from Lari, a small village in the Pisan hills, of Etruscan origin. An oasis of peace for those who want to enjoy moments of relaxation immersed in nature. In a fenced-in area, chickens and goats graze peacefully, happily accepting food from our guests. Adjacent to the property is a bright veranda furnished with sofas, armchairs and a large table. In addition to the living area, there are four individually designed rooms, whose windows overlook the canopies of centuries-old trees. It is interesting to know that, since 1957, a famous cherry festival is held in Lari every year at the end of May ; a native cultivation originating in the Pisan area. The location is favourable for easily reaching various tourist destinations such as: Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena, Pisa, Florence, Lucca, the renowned beaches of Versilia and its exclusive Forte dei Marmi.

Location

Entire villa of 250 square metres in 2 hectares of land with tall trees, lawns, and relaxation areas with umbrellas and sun beds. Adjacent to the property, there is an air-conditioned veranda, fully glazed, equipped with armchairs and a large table, ideal for living both in summer and winter. A few minutes drive away is the village of Lari, famous for its medieval castle, completely restored and open to the public. Along the alleys of the village, characteristic bars and restaurants offer traditional Tuscan dishes.

 

Accommodation

The completely restored building offers a dining room with a large table and sideboards, a kitchen with wall cabinets equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, electric oven and microwave. A bathroom with a shower and a laundry room containing a washing machine. The large living room has 3 sofas, a bookshelf, coffee table and TV. The entrance area, which is also a stairwell, is resplendent with its 18th century wood-burning fireplace. On the upper floor there are 4 personalised rooms, one of which has a private bathroom. There is also a full separate bathroom.
